Well, i didnt weigh tuesday b/c i had not pooped since saturday. So i weighed this morning after using the bathroom (yes, 5 days!).
I'm a bit discouraged that i havent lost, but gained. I know every fat person prob says this, but surely i've gained muscle!?! I've gotten my walking back up to where it was and added wii active. I am truly stronger, as evidenced by my ability in wii active (and the 15 min mile i walked yesterday).
I think i'll take measurements and then i can tell if i'm losing fat.
Tomorrow is my 8wk weigh in.
