Tracked yesterday, but went over my cals. Its the boredom - my snacking is ridiculous.

Ive been drinking more water. Yesterday I did a Zoom workout with my gym and either I had a good back workout, or my form sucked because thats where Im feeling it today.

Today Im tracking, drinking water, and trying to get in more protein.
