been 10 days since i last weighed in...i was curious so got on the scales...mr. scales says im up in weight, but i kno better...as the 42s fit better in the butt and legs...since the last time i had em on...just a matter of keepin focused an not lettin mr. scales get me down cause of higher numbers....the scales im using now, only have a month of life left, an then they will be replaced with a newer set...lol...so not really to worried about the numbers anymore...they just tell me where im at...to me its about how the clothes fit..

Hey, Loos! Good mindest there!!! I am still motivated by Old Man Scale, myself, but the minute it stops being motivational, I plan on making the shift to size goals instead of weight goals :) Weight goals are just more incremental and I need that daily focus, for now.

i use to use mr. scales to help motivate to...but i think he caught on to that...now he just tells me im heavier to try an make me eat more...but im wise to his game...an i use my clothes to tell me that hes just yankin my chain!!!
