Totally fell off the Keto wagon, after seeing my naturopath, who suggested I try to eat a bit of good quality carbs 3 times a week. Well I’m an all or nothing girl, so eating a bit of carbs turned into a bit more, then more again, then buckets more 🤣☺️ So I’m getting back on track today and happily I’ve only put on a few kilos, cause I can see exactly where they go when I have too much - straight to the hips and thighs 🥺🙄😬
