after my gym workout yesterday came home an weighed...i get tired of weighin in when the scales dont want to show that im actually loosin the weight...an the reason i kno im droppin weight is instead of numbers on the scales, its comin off in inches around my waist an other places...so the heck with the scales tryin to discourage me...my clothes are what im going by...an they are fittin better all the time...so ther scales take that!!!!
