Today instead of a full day of work I get to go to a Leadership Symposium with a group of co-workers. Which would be fine if it was just a sit down, listen to a speaker, no interaction, type of deal. But one of the sessions is called Diffusion Skills through Improv... which lasts for 3 hours...

I'm sure it will be entertaining, but I am so shy and I hate performing/speaking in front of crowds/being put on the spot/anything dealing with a group of strangers...

I think that is why I have been overeating the past couple of days: stress & anxiety. This is stressing me out so bad, I just want it to be over! Why did I have to be chosen to go to this!? In college I would choose to write a 20 page paper instead of performing a 5 minute speech! Argh!!! *sigh*

It's only one day... I hope I don't make myself look like a buffoon in front of my co-workers... I'm already one of the youngest people there. I don't want to be known as one of the dumbest too. :\
