My current weight is 119 lbs. I’ve never been below 110, so want to see how is that to be skinny. Right now I’m on buckwheat+kefir diet that helps to loose 1-1.5 lb a day. I’ll track my weight every day and note here until I reach my dream weight. In addition, I’ll examine this diet whether it beneficial or not. My diet will include only: 1) Buckwheat 2) Kefir (1 glass) 3) 1 Apple 4) A half of tomato or 5 cherry tomatoes 5) Cucumber 6) Berries only (I can’t eat only neutral food) Exclude: 1) Salt 2) Sugar 3) Any spices
