Slow and Steady...wins the race!

I am begininng to notice a little looseness in some things, I wouldn't say it's enough that I could say my clothes are looser...but it is enough for me to keep on going! I'm feeling more comfortable and that is something I haven't felt in a long time. I have a long way to go, but if I keep it up...I'll get there!

I know exactly what you mean. My clothes just feel better, nothing that anyone would notice, but I am just more comfortable. Keep it up!
