Got in a good workout yesterday and two short walks. Food wise - not so good. I need to figure out my mindless eating habit. I got done with dinner last night and immediately reached for chips and salsa. Then I had a couple of smores. Then I found myself with twizzlers in my hands... My second walk was miserable because my belly hurt.

I tracked what I ate but not here. My focus today is to keep tracking, get in a walk, and do yoga over lunch.
115,4 kg Perso fino ad ora: 5,9 kg.    Rimanenti: 32,9 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
