Changed my goal weight to 5lbs less. its been pretty easy dropping the lbs so i figured whats another 5. All of my old clothes from wen i was 110 5yrs ago fit me again im so happy! ive been wrking out every fews days,glutes,abs, legs and going for 5-10km walks. my new eating window is at 5pm-6pm n ive been eating way less carbs so thats another reason why iv dropped so easily.
