My second week of cutting calories and I gain more. It's so frustrating. Averaging around 1183 per day for the week and around 930 weekdays. . I've kept macros down also. Since I keep gaining I might as enjoy the gain. I'm going to add calories this week. I might as well since cutting hasn't helped.
48,2 kg Perso fino ad ora: 4,9 kg.    Rimanenti: 1,5 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
