This is a difficult entry. Pre-Covid I was consistently recording calories, working out at the Y, and weighing myself while there. I succeeded in losing 20 pounds over 4 months. Then came quarantine. I don’t have a scale...didn’t feel like recording calories...and stopped caring. Today I found a scale on clearance at Target...I’m sad to report I’ve gained 15 pounds back😞 But tomorrow I am back to recording calories and working out at home👍
76,2 kg Perso fino ad ora: 2,3 kg.    Rimanenti: 11,3 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,4 kg a Settimana

I have encouraged the small group of people that I am currently doing weight loss mentoring for to make their current goal to just not gain weight. These are difficult times from an exercise perspective. So just hold the line and concentrate on eating healthier. We can all use that immune support.

I succeeded in losing 20 pounds before by combining weight training, yoga, running and working on reducing calories. I never stopped working out but noticed my mile times slowed. The 15 extra pounds explains it. I’m thinking it’s due to overeating. Yesterday I went 200 calories over my limit....but at least I am aware. Today I am determined to do better. I’m going to only weigh myself weekly...but want to lose 1-2 pounds a week. It may take a few months to get to where I started and an additional couple months to reach my goal. But I’m determined!! Thank you to those who are commenting for your support💗
