I dont know if this is still what my new normal flux is, or if Im finally on the right track.

Im still working on logging everything and its been a struggle. I did get to the gym last night and it was a doozy. Mostly explosive body weight movements - which I SUCK at (tuck jumps, jump ropes, etc) in a sprint mode. So 30 seconds on and one minute rest. 30 seconds of jump lunges - full out - and then a minute of rest. My booty is feeling it today though!
