PMS/TOM is hitting hard..I have no interest in eating "healthy" right now, I'm craving sugar big-time...I'm sucking on sugar-free butterscotch candy as I type this...hoping to get through the day w/LOTS of COFFEE...I even put splenda in my coffee and I haven't had to do that in 3 months!!! So strange, how I'm feeling...I'm also coming down w/a sore throat...hoping I can make it through this Halloween w/out breaking into my kids candy sack!

I read somewhere that when you are craving sweets to actually eat something salty. Try olives, pickels, nuts if you can. Don't give in to TOM.
