Diario di fatfreeme, 03 gen 09

Yay! i am back down from the holiday weight! actually i think i lost more then that but i am extremely bloated from that time of month(always puts my weight up a bit) this coming week is going to be fantastic since i am back on track! goal is to reduce the FAT in my diet and i am trying to drink ALOT more water I bought little 11oz bottles of water called aqua pod for some reason it makes it easier to drink more water.
I started jogging a little bit within my walk. so far i think i jogged all of 3 minutes in my hour walk so ill have to build on that. and this week i have to start on weight training since i do not like the shape of my arms uggg.
77,1 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 6,8 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Wonderful! Keep up the jogging if you can, it burns a lot more calories. Just do intervals of walking and jogging, as much as you can do at a time. I started jogging at 4.3 and am now up to 5.0. I could increase it but I like not feeling worn out at the end so that I can go further instead of faster.

hey thanks. i didn't do the interval jog thing today. but thanks for reminding me to do that. :)
