ok I fell off wagon yesterday but Im back on today and need some advice on incorprating the 12 - 15 foundation veggies in my day any ideas would b helpful that seems to be my weakest point of success. I got all discouraged when not seeing the scale move in a full month only lost 12 lbs. Not feeling like thats where I wanted to be and felt upset. IM NOT GIVING UP!! I CANT!!

I sure hope you don't give up. You are worth the better you that will come from this journey. I have to starting eating veggies in the morning or I don't make it either. I do onions and mushrooms in eggs. I've done left over quiche with onions, spinach or what ever you put in. I like raw mushrooms dipped in Ranch Dressing, Frozen veggies are convenient. I steam brussel sprouts for dinner and the next day, heat some of the leftovers up for lunch or even breakfast. Big salads with mushrooms, onions, olives, feta cheese. Hope some of these suggestions work for you. Somedays, like today, I opened a can of spinach for lunch and ate that with a bit of vinegar on it. I do a bunch of frozen veggies because they are cheaper and quicker and with any leftovers I throw them into an omlet in the morning. Have a great day and good luck.:)

Yup I eat veggies for breakfast too. Often broccoli/cauliflower mash or cooked mushrooms. Mushrooms are awesome for breakfast! I am glad you are not giving up. You can do this! Just a little tweak here and there and you will lose again. 12 lbs is a lot to lose too! Well done! Keep looking at the big picture.

I do lots of veggies with lunch and dinner. Then for snacks I have snap peas or jicama with 1 oz of cheese and 1/2 and avacado with pork rinds or hard boiled egg. The snack veggies are a bit higher in carbs so help to adding in the extra.
