Uh, the weekends are killing me. I can do so good through the week and blow if over two days. Time change is also getting to me and just can't seem to find the motivation.

My husband was complaining about the early dark so I told him he could get up at 5 and start feeding and checking cattle and I'd walk. I know him still being in bed sleeping shouldn't effect me getting up, but it has lately :(

Today at lunch I walked 2.07 miles. It was a slow pace walk as I did it in 37:06. I utilized my Greattrainer App on my Blackberry and cranked up my Biggest Loser Workout tunes I downloaded to my phone as well. My goal is to walk all week during lunch and then also to get back to my 30 Day Shred and BL Workouts in the am before work. Then at night I can eat light and spend time with my family!!!
