Diario di LTHOMP56, 10 lug 20

After 3 weeks of staying the same I drop .2. Not a big loss. I was hoping for more but still better than a gain. I did better last weekend in not gaining alot only .4 but still couldn't loose . I guess I should be happy with not gaining but it's still so frustrating trying and not see any results.
48,4 kg Perso fino ad ora: 4,7 kg.    Rimanenti: 1,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

I totally feel you. I think with only a few pounds to lose it’s hard to get big drops. I’m in the same boat, going 0.2 by 0.2...
