I haven't weighed in in 12 days! It has been a rocky 12 days! Up and down. Terrible eating, and exercising like crazy to make up for the terrible eating. A very bad cycle for sure! I joined a new challenge, which is starting today! So very excited! A lot of "being accountable" will be happening! I need that!

My weight didn't change much, but there is a little difference in my measurements. Been hittin' the arms and gut really hard this month!!
