Had a great walkercise yesterday . Did pretty well. Measured all my food. Two vodka and club soda while floating in the pool and then shared a bottle of wine with my husband. Today I am going rollerblading for the first time since last summer. Yikes. We’ll see how I do, but I’m feeling strong after my 15 mile hike on Madeline Island. ( Apostle Island National Seashore) on Monday. Yesterday I did 50 step-ups onto the tall drainage curb and 8 complete reps of my side to sides and two complete reps of my bridge step side by sides. Gotta add bridge push-ups, but always carry my 2.5 hand weights and do arm movements the entire walk. Thus the “walkercise”. ‼️😀
