Big Christmas in July celebration yesterday with fellow lockdowners (6 of us) on small country property, far too much wine and no exercise lately. Husband was ill with violent diarrhoea for 10 days, yep 10 days, and lost all condition. Today we start exercise regime and eating properly. I will cut down (but not out) my red wine too, sigh. This will be interesting, possibly life-saving.
