Took a day off from lifting. Got in a walk. Heading out for 9th straight day of working out (20 days in 4 weeks) Feeling fit and only a few aches.

Thanks Melissa! Jess and I have. Kicked it up a notch. Walking/running in the morning (wogging) and gym in the evening.

That is awesome you guys are doing this together. I really miss going to the gym... I really miss going to the gym with my man. We walk a lot, but he isn't keen to run. Thankfully, his idea of a walk is normally at least 5 miles and pretty swift. But... I wish he would run a bit! 😁

It is great to have a workout buddy! I’m a bit hobbled right now, so Jess is literally running circles around me 😁
