So! my last journal entry was exactly 100 days ago. I fell off the wagon during the lockdown and just never got back on. I slowly reverted back to my old eating habits and now 6kgs later, I start again. With the way I was eating, this could have been worse but I guess my saving grace was exercise, I was consistent in that area. As for my healthy eating this is as good as starting from zero but I am determined to get back to losing weight. 😪
115,9 kg Perso fino ad ora: 25,1 kg.    Rimanenti: 35,9 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
