I'm doing ok on my eating habits, but this has been very helpful and interesting. Generally, even when i think I'm doing really well, I'm still eating about 50 carbs a day. I make a lot of excuses and exceptions. Sadly, I've had this mentality of deprivation when, in fact, i wasn't actually eating well. The important thing is that I'm making progress. Amazingly enough, I've lost 5lbs and I'm back in my smaller pants.
