Stay calm and exercise on? Haven't fundamentally changed anything. Yesterday wasn't a "bad" diet or activity day. Feeling a bit like I live on the cusp of weight gain, one big meal and I balloon up (by 3 pounds). We'll see if my consistent, normal routine restores former weight and body composition.
