Diario di nadous, 02 set 20

Took a break from Fat Secret for 3 weeks while on holiday visiting family and friends in the south of France. Baked desserts everyday, bbq and enjoyed the endless cheese and bread and occasional glasses of wine. Not too much damage considering how much I enjoyed myself and not counting calories great. It’s a good thing I continued to workout!!
