Okay seriously, I've been horrible with my diet. I have been so stressed at work that when I come home I eat everything in sight. I really need to stop doing that!! Food IS NOT going to fix my problems, it's just going to make things worse.

After stuffing my face full of crap I've felt so guilty that I've been jogging afterwards... Then stuffing my face even more. :/ But I took your advice and walked as soon as I got home, with my doggie of course. :) And I only ate a couple of Chick-O-Sticks after dinner, so I was good comparatively. Thanks for the advice!

I'm glad it worked!! I love walking with my dog, I always feel so weird if I walk and she's not with me.
