Yay went back to the gym today and had a good workout. Decorated the tree this evening after everyone rested from the day :)
BMI 29.5 I am no longer considered Obese... I am now in the Overweight range! To be in the normal range I will have to weigh 147.5 lbs or less.
Exercise: 45 min elliptical 2.7 miles, 45 min weight lifting lower body. Vitamins: Yes Rosacea: 3 = moderate flare with new spots but dryness is getting better. Skipped the moisturizer. Spots might be because I have been eating trigger foods. I need to try and do better about avoiding trigger foods so I can at least see if the moisturizer is causing a reaction. No trigger foods eaten today. Migraine - Gone YAY!
