First time in a while, I haven't woke up with any bloat or discomfort in my core. Now I'm up I do have a little..those Veggie straws. Yesterday, I ate a perfect day. I haven't done that in a very very long time. I stayed in my RDI almost a 100% plus had net Kcal to spare, plus had 2 glasses of wine and a salty snack. Go me!! I need to keep this up.
