No chocolate for three weeks, no handfuls of nuts for two weeks, keeping carbohydrates under 50g daily and I can FEEL the difference!
85,1 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 11,1 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 1,3 kg a Settimana

There is well naturally chocolate in the health food section at coles and woolies. Only 2G carbs for a few squares of you are desperate xx

I think seeds and nuts have been my downfall. I just looked up the calories of sunflower seeds and chia seeds and have been very surprised.

I got hooked, surprisingly, on dried bananas even though I didn't think I liked them! They are made with coconut oil and are so high in fat and calories.
