While I didn't lose as much this week as I had hoped, that is ok. It is still a loss. I would rather lose even .2 than gain a single oz. I hope to hit my 10% weight loss by Mid-March! I would love to be at least 175, preferably lower by my son's 2nd birthday on March 27th!
I did achieve my Mini Goal #2 of losing an additional 5 pounds!!
If you are looking for a workout that is not time consuming but get down to business, I highly recommend Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. If you are not familiar with the name, she is the trainer on the Biggest Loser. It is a 25 minute workout, lots of variety so you do not get bored. I began the DVD this week. I am just at level 1 but for those more advance people, she as Level 2 and 3 for you.
I have been exercising since the first of the year, walking on treadmill and eliptical almost daily. I have also been doing the 10 Minute Body solutions Pilates and Walk Off Belly Fat DVD. None of that comes close to the workout 30 Day Shred. I have muscles that I obviously had not been getting to because my thighs and arms are both sore :)
