No logging, No working out - I knew yesterday would be tough. I did manage a walk though. It was short because it was freezing outside and I was in a teeshirt but it was something.

I was going to go to the gym tonight but my kid has other plans. I need to work on making myself a priority and trying to get to the gym in the morning - if evenings arent going to work.

Todays goals are the same as yesterdays.
