I've got a way to go. This isn't the first time, I have lost 23kg, put it back on + more +then lost 50kg put it back on, and here I am. needing to lose 30kg. my mental game has been out because of the back and forth. the amount of effort I put into it, only to regain. watching alot of Paul Revelia to help me with not gaining this weight back, ONCE ITS OFF 😊
