Nice easy workout last night. I mean, I still worked, but I didnt go all out. Happy that I got in 3 gym workouts this week, and took my pills each day. Those two things are HUGE for my health and its dumb that I havent been doing them. Now I just have to continue those, and actually log my food. I didnt log most of yesterday so now I have to go back and try to remember it all.

Drink Water
70 Squats
118,6 kg Perso fino ad ora: 2,7 kg.    Rimanenti: 36,1 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
