Went on "vacation" -- helped a friend move this week and worked my tosh off! All good stuff, but I get motion sickness in the mountains -- thus ginger ale was a close friend and ginger chews. Cane Sugar. Ugh! But.... plus my eating habits were derailed a bit -- I had bread, wine (the former because of the latter), and whiskey. Outside of that I got BOOKOOS OF EXERCISE! None of which I posted, but it did happen.

It's obvious to me I cannot get back on track alone. A simple prayer this morning for Divine help to resist temptations when they come along.
