Ahh funny how the scale went down this am.. in the middle of my period, and didn't do as perfect as I hoped at our party yesterday, but I am proud of how well I did do... compared to yrs or parties past.... I am changing and I like that about me.
109,1 kg Perso fino ad ora: 11,1 kg.    Rimanenti: 23,4 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

1885 kcal Gras: 137,91g | Prot: 122,08g | Carb: 42,65g.   Colazione: whipping cream, pork sausages, cheddar chesse, eggs. Pranzo: atkins carmel nut bar, kraft blue cheese dressing, chicken, ceasar dressing. Cena: hellmans mayo, diet coke, hot sauce, chicken wings. Snacks/Altro: celery, snow peas, peppers, cucumber, romaine lettuce. Di più...

weight is so tricky... one can easily go nuts over it because of how it fluctuates during the weirdest times that you think you'll weigh the most. my period is late for something this month ... 4 days late and i'm afraid to weigh my self to see that i gained weight because thats what happens... Dr. Atkins suggests to weigh ourselves 4 or 5 days after the last day of the period in order to get the most accurate number.
