My weight is sort of stuck but I am scoring some NSVs. I have been loving my walk/runs and have really been getting my heart going in the zone! I feel great and am sleeping well from consistent exercise. My stamina for daily chores is up and I am enjoying a glimpse of the increased health that is to come. Thanks for the great examples out there FSFriends. Have a great evening.
