Wohooo made it through xmas and didn't gain weight.... cause I did realllly good I think, a couple teeny cheats, but other than that, wohoooo.I am proud of myself. Now.. to get under 240..... 5 lbs to get to 235 we leave on the 21st 25 days to go, omg.. time has gone by soo fast... I need to stay focused and work out 5 days a week and get more cardio in... time to kick this thing into 5th gear!!!
