Water weight is coming off - which is amazing really because Im still eating mass quantities of crap. Ive been showing SOME restrain which just goes to show how absolutely insane I mustve been eating. I tried logging yesterday and didnt get past breakfast. Im going to try again today.
I can think of a billion things Im doing wrong, but Im struggling with what Im doing right. Thats one of my goals today:
