Holding steady, day 3....
What's left of this inner tube around my waist - I'm guessing about 10 or 11 pounds worth of belly/visceral fat - is not giving up without a fight. This stuff is stubborn.
It will lose in the end, though. It can't withstand the combined onslaught of a (finally) healthy diet with a calorie deficit, and daily exercise.
So enjoy it while it lasts, inner tube. Your days are numbered.
