Good news on the scale this morning...I guess I made it through NYE alright. Down to 162.8, which means first that I'm back to the weight I was at when I started college, and second that I came out of the Thanksgiving-Xmas-New Years stretch about 10 pounds less than when I started. Which I'll be a little smug about for the time being :)
The downside to that, though, is that the weight loss might be too rapid. I really don't want to burn off any more muscle mass than necessary - just this damn belly fat - but at 10 pounds per 5 weeks, that's pushing it.
But overall, good news to start the new year!
