The last 2 weeks have been frustrating, in general. Mon and Tuesday, I didnt exercise...I didnt even do any housework, and I had 2 brownies Monday night. I have been stuck for the past 2 weeks and it was getting to me. Hopefully, this morning's change in the scale means this little plateau is over.

10 weeks=30 lbs down..trying to concentrate on that and not so much the little frustrations, ya know?
