what's this behaviour pooja... he he.. it's suppose to go other way around. may be need to add carbs. but you know better. as long as you are healthy and it's good loss... it's good. I have a book the men's health. it tells daily routine of weight loss or weight gain in diet in exercise. it's really good for the followers. not for me he he. try that if you feel like. you are doing great.🤞👏
