I really didnt expect loss this week, because I had lot of eat outs planned and also, last week I had gained weight. But, this is good loss, and I am also pretty sure, last week gain was water weight. Despite eating outside, I have kept very strict calculation of my calories, most of the days. And I have done some or other form of physical exercise every day.

It seems like I can loose weight with college, afterall. So, I will keep staying healthy and keep updating.

No change in measurements except-
Chest-35.8 inches
Waist-30.4 inches
61,6 kg Perso fino ad ora: 12 kg.    Rimanenti: 4,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
