I won't even weigh in anymore during that entire week, it's nothing for me to put on between 5 and 10 pounds because of it. I just wait till the following week to avoid the mental stress, I get beyond depressed seeing that number go so far up. But then, like magic, a few days later, it's back down where it's supposed to be.
