At one stage, I was part of a wellness program where they challenged you to set a health goal for yourself every week. And I'm going to start that now again. I haven't had coffee since Friday and normally I'm addicted to coffee so I think my health goal will be to not drink coffee this week. This will be the 4th week of my exercise program and the second week of Keto. I think it's going quite well. I will constantly keep trying to replace overthinking with action.
