Wednesday ... ah ... half way through the work week!! I'm so glad I didn't freak out about yesterday's weigh in because today I am at 215.2 ... which meant I changed the weight indicator on my elliptical machine down to 215 (it changes in 5 lb increments). Of course the less I weigh the less I burn during exercise however I am trying to keep up the caloric burn by working a tad harder during my workouts. As I have shared with some ... the support here has really been helpful for me. I think part of it is using the food & exercise diaries to keep me accountable. The other part is simply the company of others who share so much in common. And, I don't have to attend a meeting somewhere so it fits great into my schedule!!
