I have been working out quite regularly on my days off from work with about an hour of cardio per gym session split between the treadmill, stationary bike and elipitical and do some light weight lifting. I have kinda ventured away from the calorie counting and started to pay more attention to what I eat. I started eating a lot more fruits, veggies, whole wheat products, went from 2% milk to 1% milk and occasionally add some almond milk to my diet. the weight loss as slowed a lot im at a significant plateau and have been at 205 lbs for about the last month or so.
