Diario di windrider, 08 gen 11

Counting calories sucks. Now I have to be honest again to myself, sigh it is so much easier to ignore the calories and blame the scale when I am not losing weight some times. The scale doesn't argue back, just inches up a little and it not "calibrated" or is "off". OK in case You can't get the sarcasm, I have been cheating myself for a while then whining or ignoring the scale and my mirror. This year needs to be a more true to myself year.
