I have eaten one very healthy meal and one very healthy smoothie per day for the past week while being ill, even while I had almost no appetite. Eating slot between 12 pm and 8pm, fasting 16 hours a day. I can only imagine the cortisone / meds are making me gain weight. Not worried about it at all though, focused on getting my health back and getting this terrible Covid under foot. No exercise done as I am struggling with my lungs and get very fatigued with even the most minimal movement.
